Is the pipework for a sealed central heating system or the heat source sealed primary circuit?

Common examples include pipework:

  • Between a heat only boiler or system boiler and the radiators and / or cylinder, where an expansion vessel is fitted either separately in the system (heat only boiler) or fitted within the boiler (system boiler)
  • Between a combi boiler and the radiators, where an expansion vessel is normally fitted within the boiler
    (not including the cylinder or combi boiler cold water CW in and domestic hot water DHW out pipework)
  • Between a boiler or heat pump and the manifold of an underfloor heating circuit.
    (not including the underfloor heating array pipework)
